You are invited to take part in an evaluation of this online training program.
The training program aims to provide alcohol and other drug (AOD) workers with practical knowledge
and skills to manage the symptoms of co-occurring mental health disorders while a person undergoes
AOD treatment. Findings from this evaluation will be used to improve this online training program,
and increase the capacity of AOD workers to respond to co-occurring conditions. The study is being
conducted by researchers at the University of Sydney, and has been approved by the University of
Sydney’s Human Research Ethics Committee (approval number 2023/524).
You do not need to take part in the study to complete the online training program.
If you do choose to take part in the study, you will be asked to complete two short
online surveys (5-10 minutes each).

- Survey 1 will begin before you start the online training program.
- Survey 2 will be emailed to you 30 days after you complete the baseline survey.
All your information will be kept confidential and your answers will remain anonymous.
