This webinar will provide attendees with a practical understanding of:
- How a Primary Health Network (Central and Eastern Sydney PHN) works with organisations to understand co-occurring AOD and mental health needs, and builds capacity within the local workforce;
- How to provide care for those with co-occurring mental health and AOD issues by utilising a person centred, holistic approach and working collaboratively with other health care providers;
- The importance of working holistically, including how to consider the context, goals and needs of a person;
- How to work collaboratively and involve additional supports as a person's needs are identified.
